                               RESOLUTION NO. 18785
        
                   A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND ADOPTING THE SOUTH
                   CHATTANOOGA NEIGHBORHOOD ZONING STUDY FOR
                   CERTAIN PROPERTIES IN SOUTH CHATTANOOGA.

              	   WHEREAS, the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional
         Planning Commission has recommended to the City Council of the
         City of Chattanooga that the South Chattanooga Neighborhood
         Zoning Study be adopted; and
              	   WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and discussed
         said Zoning Study;
                                 NOW, THEREFORE,
              	   BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
         CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the South Chattanooga Neighborhood 

         Zoning Study for an area in South Chattanooga bounded on the
         north by I-24, on the south by West 28th Street, on the west by 

         Broad Street, and on the east by Market Street, be accepted and 

         adopted as a guide for future rezoning considerations, a copy 
of
         said policy study being attached hereto and incorporated herein 

         by reference.
